Even after the installation of the photovoltaic system is fully operational, Solis S.p.A. is always available to the customers by providing a system of remote monitoring and control which establishes top safety in the continuing ROI that can be further guaranteed by the programmed maintenance. Such an important service since, thanks to the GSE subsidy (the Italian Energy Services Operator) and the possibility to make a profit on the energy produced in excess, any investment in photovoltaics has great economic potential.
All businesses and householders that have a photovoltaic system, even if installed by other competitors, may prevent declines in profitability by all means relying on SolisLab. It is a department of Solis specialised in energy efficiency research being composed of a qualified team acting as a monitoring service operating hub. Through a remote control system connected to the inverter, the system productivity is monitored 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. SolisLab constantly analyses and processes the collected data in order to intervene in case of malfunction, guaranteeing the problem solution within 48 hours.
All data collected by data loggers are sent in real-time to the SolisLab operations centre via ADSL or GPRS. They can always be consulted from the customer via the Internet at the Solis server. It is also possible to request a detailed report of the periodic production proposed by Solis, a simple and functional tool able to see the best progress and benefits offered by the monitoring service.
