The 4th Feed-in Tariff continue to apply for Public Corporations: it is estabilished by the decree 05/07/2012 (5th feed in Tariff)

The 4th Feed-in Tariff provides for several facilitations towards those systems realized by Public Administrations, first of all the removal of the distinction between small and big systems;as a result, photovoltaic systems -whatever the power- realized on Public Administrations buildings and areas are considered as small systems and, for this reason, they don't have to be listed among the big systems(in case of systems intended for sale and falling in the 'other kinds of systems'category).

The 05/05/2011 Decree incentives can be accumulated to capital account contributions up to 60% of the investment cost for photovoltaic systems realized on public or equal schools -whatever the level and the ranking - and whose responsible parties are the school or the owners of the scholastic buildings, as well as on public health facilities, on the surfaces and buildings of military and penal institutes, and on the ones of other Public Corporations, Regions and self-governing Provinces properties.

Besides, the 14th article of the Decree provides for an extra 5% prize for small systems carried out by villages with less than 5000 inhabitants( on the basis of the last ISTAT census conducted before the setting in operation of those systems whose responsible parties are the villages themselves).
